Not sure who to report it to, but there is also a typo on the wiki page under the 'How to resolve a Mod Conflict with Vortex' section. let LOOT run and sort however it wants, then let the user can apply changes on top of whatever LOOT did. Manually download and install the Darified UI which is a prequisite for some nexus mods. Install active Fallout 3 GOTY edition from steam (gog should work too) Seems to be for these specific mods as I have confirmed the recommended load order on the mod description page (see Step 4 below) and am only using a single user-defined plugin rule (thus no other user-defined rules to have cyclic interactions with).ДЄnyway, in my case 'Auto-sort' and 'Sort Now' are broken if I define the rule to fix it and mods are in the wrong order if I don't. Vortex LOOT sets incorrect load order and then incorrectly reports a cyclic interaction when defining a user rule to correct it.
